Refund Policy – P.r.u. Art

At P.r.u. Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and undamaged. Please email prudecrews@gmail.com with your order details and photos if applicable.

Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, as they are made uniquely for you.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing prudecrews@gmail.com. After 24 hours, the order is considered finalized and production or shipping will proceed.
